How to place an order:

Choose your photo(s). Please see our Photo Recommendations section for helpful hints in taking and selecting your best photo for our pendants.

Send us your photo(s). E-mail your photo to: info@photo-gems.com (include your name and address in the e-mail) or send a print to the address below (we cannot use negatives or slides). You may place your order first and send us your photo later if you prefer. You will not be charged until your item is ready to ship.

Order your item(s) through our website. Once you have completed your selections you will have the option to process your order through our secure shopping cart or by phone, fax, mail, or e-mail.
If you are looking for a unique gift, but are unsure of what to choose and/or do not have access to the photo you need now, contact us at info@photo-gems.com for a customized gift certificate for that special someone.
Payments can be made by Visa, Master Card, check, cashier's check, or US Postal Service money orders (payable to Photo-Gems Ltd.). We can ship to anywhere in the United States and Canada.
Please allow 2 weeks for shipment for all custom items (2-3 weeks for solid 14K gold pendants). International deliveries may take longer. Shipping and handling charges per order are $9.00 for USPS Priority Mail w/Signature Confirmation and $24.00 for USPS Express Mail. You only pay shipping charges on the first item, additional items in the same order ship free!
Would you like to add an inscription or title to your photo?
If you have access to your own photo editing software, you can do this yourself so that it looks exactly as you would like it to. Or, simply type your text into any of our "Any Special Instructions?" boxes in our secure shopping cart when placing your order. We strongly recommend that you keep your text as short as possible so that it does not detract from your photo. If we have any concerns that your text is too long, we'll contact you with suggestions before we process your order. Adding text to your photo is free!
Important notes about your photos:
Prints can by 3"x5" up to 8"x10" in size. (4"x6" GLOSSY is our favorite!). Please do NOT ship us irreplaceable photos. We will return your photos with your order, but we are not responsible for photos that get lost or damaged.
Sorry, but we cannot use copyrighted photographs without written permission from the photographer. If you have a copyrighted photo you wish to use, please print, sign, and send our Copyrighted Photo Release Form. If your photo studio has a standard release form, they may fax it to 803-548-9782. Some photo studios will be happy to release your photo free of charge to you when you explain that our product is something that they do not sell. Other studios may charge a fee ranging from $5 to $25 for a one-time use release. If you would like our help securing a photo release from your studio on your behalf, please email us any details about your photo session you have and we'd be happy to help.
Our Return Policy:
You can buy with confidence as we have one of the best return policies for a product that is totally customized for you. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, send it back to us in original condition within 30 days of delivery for your choice of repair, replacement, or a full refund of what was paid to us, less shipping charges. Refunds are not available on items we engrave for you (waived if we did not properly follow your engraving instructions). We recommend you use an insured and traceable method to return your items as we cannot be responsible items that get lost in the mail. Please contact us for return address.
